The title of this blog is something that John Mayer tweeted not too long ago. It fit a little too well into my life and my thinking recently. I think that being in the situation that I am in, ya know that break-up thing, is something everyone can relate to and even if you can't now, everyone will relate to at some point in their life. With that being said, I think it is a very easy thing to shut yourself down after going through a true heartbreak. Very easy to put up the indestructible walls and hide, never letting anyone or thing in or out. It's a process, but I think many people get their walls firmly in place and decide to stop the healing process there, waiting for someone to come and make a small hole in the wall, or climb to the top, but never letting them fully in. I do this, have done this, am doing this. My walls are starting to get stronger in place, and I am more happy now then ever to let them stay there. Here is my wish though. I wish that I could just let people in, break the walls down and let people in. Let people have ALL of me, not just a sliver. I think more people need to do that, maybe even everyone. I Dunno, this blog is not very inspired or uplifting tonight, I just am in a weird mood, weird situation, weird head space.
