Welcome to my blog :) I hope you find something you like here. I am starting this as therapy to myself. I am currently going through a hard break-up and self discovery and thought what better way to get through it then to let my thoughts out. Since this is my first post, let me tell you what I want this to be and why I picked the name I did. I want this blog to be a positive outlet for me and my emotions, and hopefully something insightful and enjoyable to read for anyone who decides to read it. I picked the title "inspiration for the Uninspired" because I LOVE quotes. To me quotes are an amazing way to re-examine your life, and to inspire you to do or feel something. In my search for a name for this blog, of course I turned to quotes. Well this is the first quote that popped up :
“Quotes are nothing but inspiration for the uninspired.”- Richard Kemph
NOW, I disagree greatly with this quote, But I thought it was the perfect name for what I am trying to do here. SO that is the name I picked :) Hopefully I can inspire you with the quotes, stories and other things I post on here.
A little about me you say? Well I guess I can obilige. I am Lauren, 21 years old and a college student. I have to be honest, I don't like school much. I love learning, but hate school. I am very unsure about where I want to be when I graduate next year and what my career should be. I do know I love kids, and truly believe they can make any bad day better. I also love animals and taking care of people and animals. My passion is dance. If I could just dance, and take dance classes my whole life I would. Nothing makes me feel more alive then putting on music and dancing. I am on a dance team at my college but miss pointe and lyrical more then anything. Like I said, going through a hard time right now but I hope you all take the ride with me. For now Im gonna go get together a real entry, and get some school work done :)
